Well, this is my week of crossing things off of my 101 in 1001 list!

Ok, so I didn't "buy" one, but there is one now sitting in my front porch so I'm crossing this off my list.

I stopped by my mom's neighbour's house the other day to visit. We got to talking about stocking up on u-pick berries in the summer and I mentioned that I couldn't stock up on anything until we got a deep freeze. Low and behold she had an extra one and she gave it to me!

Later that day Jamie and our friend Drew went to pick it up, and here it is, now in my house. I love that I have room to bake and cook extra food and store it. I can't wait for this summer to stock up on berries!

So, thank you Joan and Harold. We love it!

Here it is freezing my first three things: two jars of home made hummus and a loaf of home made banana, blueberry and zuccini loaf.
